Tax Privileges for Customers
Customers using our Free Zone warehouse services are entitled to the following tax benefits:
- Exemption from import duties and taxes for goods imported from abroad for a minimum of 2 years.
- Duty and tax exemption for transferring machinery and raw materials from the Free Zone warehouse to facilities that are entitled to other tax privileges, such as Free Zone factories, Special Economic Zone factories, BOI-promoted factories, and Bonded Warehouses.
- Tax refunds available in cases where the law permits duty drawbacks upon export.
- Ability to write off stock of scrap or waste materials when the law requires that such materials must be exported only.
- Ability to purchase raw materials within Thailand at 0% VAT for use in production, packaging, or assembly within the Free Zone warehouse for export purposes.
