Warehouse Management Process

Receiving and Inspection

We carefully check incoming goods’ quantity, quality, and characteristics against related documents before placing them into the warehouse.

Storage and Area Planning

Goods are systematically categorized and organized by type and nature, then stored in the most suitable locations to maximize storage efficiency and ease of picking.

Inventory Control

Regular inventory counting is planned and conducted, with detailed reports comparing stock data to minimize errors such as loss, damage, or overstock.

Picking and Packing

Goods are accurately prepared according to orders, selecting the right items and appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit

Shipping

We coordinate with the transportation department to dispatch goods promptly, verify shipping information to the destination, and continuously update delivery statuses in the system.

Returns Management

Handling returned goods in cases of customer returns or exchanges, inspecting product condition, and following company policies for re-storage or disposal.

Warehouse and Equipment Management

Maintaining readiness and condition of equipment such as forklifts, shelving, as well as controlling environmental factors like temperature and humidity to preserve product quality.

Coordination & Reporting

Liaising with related departments such as purchasing, shipping, external companies, and government agencies, while preparing status reports on inventory and any warehouse-related issues.

Problem Solving & Other Tasks

Responsibility for resolving onsite warehouse issues promptly and performing other assigned duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
